April 7, 200818 yr Author What if: The Japanese had won the Battle of Midway? They would have probably used Midway Island as a base to eventually invade Hawaii. It would have totally changed the balance of the war in the Pacific. I think we would have still defeated Japan; but it would have delayed the outcome considerably. On the other hand, losing our base at Pearl could have forced us to negotiate a very unpleasant peace treaty.
April 7, 200818 yr What if Prop 20 would have made it's way through the legal system and was to take affect next year? What if the Reds beat the Mets in the one-game playoff a few years back? What if UK beats Michigan State in OT and Tubby takes them to the Final 4? What if Al Gore could carry his home state of Tennessee and won the 2000 election? What if Brittany and Justin never broke up? What if the Cubs would have let the goat into the stadium?
April 7, 200818 yr What if we could all be happy and have all we Needed? I would bet that most of us do have all that we need. But we are not content with what we need. The thrill of contentment would solve a bunch of problems for this old world.
