I'm just glad good ole Dick Pole is still around!

Didn't talk of Mr Pole take over 15-20 pages of the Track the Reds thread last season? Hopefully the Reds won't be that bad again.

Still tied for first place :thumb:

Along with five other teams from the Central.;)

I have missed El Grande and the Crappy left hander SO much.

 I thought that I was going to be the first to welcome our wonderful t.v. crew back. You beat me to it and the first pitch hasn't even been thrown yet.

As for the Reds, I have said in other threads, I am tired of hearing "things will be better" and "this team will be competitive". I want to see proof on the field and not, "well we need to give it time"!

We have been giving it time for years. IMO it is time to put up or shut up. I want a winner. Yes, I will alwas be a Reds fan but am just sick of the promises and want to see proof on the field in the form of "W's".

I cannot mention the start of a Reds season without thinking of and mentioning the old lefthander ...............You will be missed Joe and you have "rounded third and are now home". R.I.P. JOE NUXHALL.

GO REDLEGS!!!

To all BGP members that were not here during the baseball season last year.....check this thread out, you are in for a treat -:thumb:

And the Cubs can win the World Series... :p

Hey now, stay off of the Cubs, anyone can have a bad century.:D

Yep, this is essentially the late niters thread with A LOT more participants.

Are we still on a "Sticky" ban?

A sticky is the only way the Reds could draw attention! :D

Yep, this is essentially the late niters thread with A LOT more participants.

:thumb: I don't want to mislead any newcomers. Knowledge is certainly NOT a requirement, is just that misery loves company and we are (as Reds fans) all in need at one time or another.....

I knew we were in for a long season last year when the messages began talking about the Hip Hopera commercial.

For the record, if I turn on the radio tomorrow and WLW is still playing that ad, I'm filing a complaint.

"Rollin' with my homies"...

"Rollin' with my homies"...

:laugh::laugh::laugh:

I really hope that isn't back this year.

The Reds are now a half game ahead of the Braves in the Wild Card hunt.
