I really think UL will come out on top.

 

I really dislike both teams other than Lofton.

Do to my dislike of both programs I am completely neutral in this one. Since the fact that both cannot lose I will pick Louisville by a baker's dozen.

Hopefully our Cardinals will win big and move on to the Great Eight.

Think the Cards will be to physical for the Vols. Plus I look for Ricky P to slow the tempo and manage the game better than Pearl.

I have a feeling that Pearl will get out coached again.

 

He has been out coached the 1st 2 games.

I am going to take UT in overtime on a Tyler Smith jump shot.

Tenn halfcourt defense is awful and Louisville is much more physical too.

UofL is better coached, deeper, better defensively, and can play multiple styles. They can out run UT or they can set up the half court offense and pound it inside all day long. I don't think the Vols will have an answer for the Cards. Cards by 11.

Cards by 6

IMO the Cards will be more physical, more under control, and the winner by 12 or more. If the Vols can run and gun at will (not going to happen) they have a chance. I for one am very happy for Padgett being able to play when all looked lost at the first of the year he seems to be the vocal and otherwise leader of the Cards.

UL by 8

I can see U of L doing something to TN that has not been done this year. Domination. UofL has been the better team in the first two rounds and TN has looked like a team that is just playing to the competition. Have to go with the team that looks like it is putting it together at the right time. U of L +15.
