March 15, 200818 yr According to a site on Catspause, the Cats will play tommorrow 12:00 at GT. The winner will then play again at 9:00 Sat. night.
March 15, 200818 yr So are the rest of the games at GT then? There will be some mad fans if that's the case. I can't imagine their gym holds as many as the Dome.
March 15, 200818 yr Just after 4 AM, Nothing posted yet about the revised schedule on the SEC website.
March 15, 200818 yr So are the rest of the games at GT then? There will be some mad fans if that's the case. I can't imagine their gym holds as many as the Dome. Just over 9,000. That MAY fit all of the UK fans, what about the others?
March 15, 200818 yr http://www.courier-journal.com/blogs/dawson/blog.html No fans will be allowed inside. Alot of very mad fans. How much money will this cost the SEC???
March 15, 200818 yr This is horrible, wow, it'd better atleast be televised. On a side note, every bar in Atlanta is having a field day with this, nothing but dollar signs for them.
March 15, 200818 yr Maybe the SEC and the Atlanta bar assoc. can work out some kind of deal and let all the fans who have tickets but wont get to watch there teams play have free drinks for the remainding duration of the tourny
March 15, 200818 yr " Attendance for that game -- and for the remainder of the SEC Tournament -- will be limited to players' families and working media." WOW! That really stinks! Can you imagine playing a game with no fans in the gym? Still nothing on the SEC website. One word 'REFUNDS!" I am guessing that the dome isn't safe at all.
March 15, 200818 yr How will they even attempt to refund the fans who have booklets of tix? or will they
March 15, 200818 yr :scared: Never heard of a situtation where the fans wern't allowed to attend. The Dome must have been damaged worse than they thought. WOW...I am speechless. From the Lexington paper...seating explains why fans are not allowed. http://www.kentucky.com/616/story/347295.html The configuration of the Georgia Dome for the SEC Tournament allowed seating for about 25,000. Georgia Tech’s on-campus arena seats 9,191. As of 4:15 a.m. Saturday, there was no word on ticket distribution. It is possible that only those on official pass lists (parents, siblings, girlfriends, cheerleaders, etc.) would be admitted.
