Elliot co didn't play as tough a schedule as a few of the teams ahead of them and also didn't have the amount of quality wins as the ones in front of them.

Greenwood lost to Allen Co-Scottsville, Nelson Co, Franklin Simpson twice, Warren East, Barren Co, Central Hardin, Warren Central, and Bowling Green twice. I don't see any reason to rank Greenwood above Elliott going into the tournament.

That's a tall order for both teams though. Elliot has Mason Co, arguably the best team in the state, and Greenwood has Tiglhman who has shown they can compete with the best in the state with their win over UHA.
