Should I go to bed or wait for what will be a very entertaining post from Wildcatfan?

I'd wait. If you want a show! Predictions on who he thinks is to blame?? Coach? Ref's? Concession workers? Anyone but the players without a doubt.

This is not to surprising Conner at home in post season is always tough and you can never count out Coach Hicks and the cougars.. they play tough for the entire 32 mins... Boone played very sloppy tonight (Fouls) and that hurt them in the end... great win for the cougars and looks like Boone will be watching the post season from the stands once again!!

Any stats?????

There's a wealth of talent, but you wouldn't know it. It all starts with one person. Credit to Dixie, I'm not saying they are a bad team. There is continued and growing dissatifaction at Boone with the direction of things over the last few years, and there's no secret that there are a multitude of people who share this opinion.

Before someone gets on here and claims that Boone coaching lost this one, the simple fact of the matter is that Boone missed ALOT of wide open looks. You can't ask a coach to draw up an offense that results in layups every time. Boone has some talented players and good shooters, but a few of them were off the mark tonight. Conner also had a couple of guys really step up nicely. Aaron Stephens, for one, had a great game.

There we go, so Boone's shooters had a bad night. Very understandable reason as to why they lost because sometimes they seemed to rely to heavily upon outside shooting.

I didn't think their shot selection was bad at all and many of their looks were wide open. They just didn't shoot well tonight and certainly Conner played solid defense as well, forcing quite a few turnovers.

I'm not familiar with Walton's girls, could you explain?

They always claim it is the coach's fault when they lose and the players are the reason whenever they win. It is a lot like some of the posters on the Boone Co. threads.

That's very understandable, highschool kids are not always consistent shooters that for sure. Like I said congrats to the Cougars, they will be a tough out in the region since it's at Conner and I think the Cru will have a hard time beating them in the championship.

Jimmy Dale Hicks has a deep understanding that the regular season is all just a practice for the real show at tournament time. He may be the best coach in the state at getting his team to rise to the occasion in March (or late Feb.). Congrats to the Cougars!

Stevens from Conner with 16 as well

What number is he?

So true Steelcurtain how many times have you seen bad 3's thrown up just for the heck of it? You are a wise man.
