Thanks for bringing it up...:walk: UL asked to move it, because they had already booked a home game. They went up to Indy to play Purdue.
February 28, 200818 yr Spoke to someone who is connected with UL tonight, and their info has been straight money...same source that gave me the whole preseason issues with UL in hoops. They said that the real reason why Barnhart is not willing to move the game at this point has nothing to do with prep time for the following game, but rather UL's unwillingness to work with UK in trying to help UK secure a date at Freedom Hall for the annual game with Indiana. In addition, UL has kind of strong armed UK when UK has gone searching for dates to play in Louisville when not playing IU. UK has been very helpful for UL when they need to use the Nutter Center and so forth... The game this year was slated for Sunday by UL, and the contract states, Thursday through Sunday.

February 28, 200818 yr That's fine...but U of L has become a player, and WHAS is a Louisville station...I know you say you have season tickets to both....will you just concede your U of L fandom, so it can be put out, and done with? I've made it known very clearly where my loyalty is (UK) but I still can support UL and I have for years, just with not near the passion.
