One of my most valued guitarists and certainly one of the most underrated and perhaps even unheard of to some is the one and only Zakk Wylde. I completely agree. February 23, 200818 yr Since about all have listened to is country, southern rock, bluegrass or blues for around 30+ years or so, as pure guitarist I would list.... Eric Clapton Jerry Reed Chet Adkins Roy Clark Charlie Daniels (also him on the fiddle is unmatched) Willie Nelson Brad Paisly I can't think all of the paticular names right now in these bands except for the VanZandt brothers in Synyrd but Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Alman Brothers bands were excellent and had some great guitarist.
