I think I'll take my chances here...

I agree, but I thought I would offer.

Heck, that's why only one tenant is there. The poor mom wants to move because football season is tough in these parts.

Don't you think that the husband has to work, and what is he suppose to do get her a sitter, hey not a ad idea. If she does have mental problems , isn't there some type of care that she can get. I think there is check into it or inform the husband . Good luck.;)

Yea, I pay enough taxes, I'm sure it covers that.

I believe I can solve your problem without involving the lady. Every landlord in every contract with a tenant, written or oral, gives to the tenant the right to the peaceful use and enjoyment of the property rented. If he has rented to others for any period of time he has heard this phrase; if not, you can introduce him to it. It is his responsibility that you get this peace, not yours. In other words, tell him he is breaching or breaking his contract and this should solve the problem because he will have to take action.

Thanks. She is acting up again tonight (4 in a row), and the landlord is getting a call in the morning...

This sounds like it sucks. I feel for you, seriously.

I've had loud neighbors before, just not crazy ones.

I once saw some drunks trying to destroy my mail box and chased them away though. That's the closest thing to "crazy" people I've experienced .

I handle these situation in a much more rational fashion. You'd be shooting bottle rockets off the deck...

So the problem is solved for at least a little while. As he was leaving today she was flipping out again and Ms GT reached her breaking point. She went off on both of them for a while and the end result was her man putting her in the hospital...

You had to figure she'd take matters into her own hands at some point. And I don't blame her one bit ...

She did the right thing.

Probably for the best. If she's as crazy as she sounds, she needs to be in a hospital. She needs some meds.
