Somerset's C J Megargel to Georgetown

C J Megargel (#11) signed his letter this morning to play at Georgetown next year. Congrats to a fine football player who has the tenacity of a tiger and the heart of a lion. He's 6'5" 220 and hits like a hammer, probably a DE for the Tigers.....good motor and plays full tilt. Look out Mid-south, the list of Tigers is pretty stout and athletic.

It'll be fun to watch CJ try to get to Ross in the future when Georgetown plays Campbellsville.

Is he just 220? He looks to be around 235 to me, very well put together.

How can you dis your kids' fathers like that? You're starting to act like those Southwestern fans now. We at PC have more respect than that for our football family. Of course you say that you're only kidding but words like that can cause disharmony. From what I heard, CJ gets his inherent good looks from his father's side of the family:thumb:.

I watched him play several times this season. This kid was a man for Somerset on the "D" line.

Wideopen, can you see him in a 4-3 scheme instead of the 3-4 where he basically was double-teamed as a tackle? He's fast for a big guy and that will help his game.
