Good Lord!! What on earth are you talking about? I haven't heard a soul on here lamenting over the OJ days. I think that Euton and Jackson and the rest are getting plenty of credit. So is their coach. I sure don't follow you sometimes, and this is one of those times. I'm sure that Rose Hill is "over" the OJ thing. It's others around the state who aren't.

 

Oh there's the Racelandites who think they have some domination over Rose Hill since they won in the all-A last year with a senior bunch and Rose Hill had freshmen. I'll tell you one thing. Raceland would have took a whoopin' on Friday if the game between Rose Hill and Raceland would have been played. Those Ram folks should be thanking Elliott! I hope that Rose Hill somehow gets to the region in Morehead and faces Raceland. Perhaps their old coach can get him some popcorn and watch and tell everyone of his prowess over the Royals in the past.

Metz, Clemmons, Trusty and the Bath boys at home representing their peeps in "The Tub" will be a tough task for the Royals.

It's not RH people that can't let go of Mayo. He would have graduated by now even if he'd stuck around anyway. Most of the kids currently playing varsity ball were at RH during Mayo's reign. They looked up to him, he was good to them. I doubt any of them feel slapped by being mentioned with him. He was a great ballplayer, and an even better person.

 

It's all the RH bashers still carrying a grudge that he ever suited up at the Hill ( like any of their schools would have turned him away... :lol: ) that keep bringing him up. Elliott fans defend their kids and program... and should. RH should and will too. :thumb:

Over on another thread I was just reading, you were complaining about "RH posters" not sticking to the topic. I hope I'm not going too far out on a limb here (Ole Don is a little fuller figured than I used to be) but you seem to have some pent up frustration towards Rose Hill honey! Let it go! Bitterness will rot your soul. Ask Mike Tyson. But I'm here to tell you that there's a better way. You can truly let your demons go and follow your own advice and get back to the topic, get that old thorn out of your side for Rose Hill. It will liberate you, really! Only in America, baby!

Rose Hill wins this one by 10+. They are a different team now. The "other" players have greatly improved with more and more game experience. Euton is too big and jackson has become the stud of the region. If he stays out of foul trouble he is an absolute impossibility for most guards to handle when he posts up or penetrates and he is quick enough to penetrate about whenever he wants to.

I think that Bath at home is a tough matchup. Trying to be as objective as possible I think Rose Hill will win but not by more than a handful.
