Elliott recently had a new personal scoring record established (Congrats Ferg) and that got me thinking about records at other schools.

Tell us who holds your school's record, what year (if you can remember!!:jump:) and what school they're from.

I don't really know about the scoring record here in Owsley you could ask Professor i am sure he knows

Bellevue - Bill Nagel - 1966 - 43 points

For East Carter it is Art Daugherty Class of 1984 with 1728.

Eddie Hopkins - Bracken County

What was his scoring record?

Chris Lofton - Mason County 2,763 career points!

I agree a kid that goes by Lofton. I think most people have heard of him.

Tomorrow evening Morgan County will be honoring the school's all-time leading scorer in Leigh Ann Kelly-Wireman. Leigh Ann Kelly scored 1,811 points during her career, breaking Darrell Wheeler's mark of 1,644.

He's about to be passed for the all-time scoring record by De'Sarae Chambers on the girls side of Mason County basketball.
