Be careful and keep in mind, any logos or symbols which are "trademarked".

Few,if any high schools in Kentucky have paid to have their logos trademarked. One or two schools may have paid for the rights or received permission to use the U of L Cardinals logo past or present. Although it doesn't appear on the Trinity helmet, the use of Tennessee's Power T was granted to Trinity.

 

It is very expensive to copyright or trademark a logo. Maybe one or two attorneys are familiar with the process.

Even if it were trademarked, there isn't any monetary gain and don't think pasting it onto a helmet is a violation. I mean if it were then I'd even be in violation for my avatar because of the Animal House trademark poster. Either way Trigg County has that Power T decal.

Slightly different than the Tennessee T. It's close, but Tennessee's is more curved under the cross bar. Transy in Lexington uses this T as well. The one used by Trinity in the ad is not the true Power T (Tennessee calls it Power T,not Trinity)Even my avatar is slightly off!
