I think it's a must to let Coach G go 2-3 years before making a decision like this.

Not a chance he is just staying one season. BCG will be fine once he can get everyone on the same page. Remember that there is a new system in place aswell as a new coach. I believe once he can get the players he wants to run his system then everything will be fine.

If he avoids NCAA penalties and major public scandals, Gillespie will make it beyond this season.

 

Should he? Not if he and UK cannot agree on the details and sign a contract - assuming that his letter of intent has not already tied UK's hands.
