Although i do think EC will win the 16th All A, i agree to not count your chickens until they hatch. Bath and Fairview are dangerous teams, Raceland is decent, Rose Hill could be a tough out. These teams aren't near as good as Elliott, but with a poor performance by the Lions, and a good game plan/great floor game and shooting performance, and it is POSSIBLE for someone to be playing in Richmond.

Exactly. Elliott has to earn this title, it doesn't matter what they've done prior. I'll be pulling for them all the way and I know they can do it. The other teams will show up with dreams of the upset and come to play. Bottom line is that the games have not been played and if Elliott is to win, they need to show up and play to win. I believe in them and hope nothing but the best for them. Good luck Lions.

I agree, Elliott County is the better team and should walk right on by everyone at this level. As stated, if Elliott has a bad game and someone has the best game of the night then that team will be advancing. I do hope that Elliott County wins and will be cheering for them while listening on the radio.

You can never be sure of anything in the 16th. I would bet Elliott will prepare as if they are the underdog. Fairview is one team to watch. Rex may try something crazy!

Elliott will win the 16th Region. From what I have read and seen Fairview and Bath Co. should be a dandy in the Semifinals.

I could live with that, but it will be tough for each especially now for Paintsville since the Bundy kid is out for the year. They only played 6 prior to him getting hurt.

Elliott County without a doubt is the favorite and deservingly so, but as the old saying goes, "On any given night any team can beat you".

The All A is a great tourney and adds plenty excitment for the fans. I wish all the teams the best of luck and hope everyone plays injury free.

I am going to say that there are several teams over the past 10 years in the 16th that would give this year's Elliott team a run for their money. It's a shame that there aren't any right now that seem to be able to. Maybe Ashland will when the Lions come calling on Feb 5th??
