Best Player in the NBA

Featured Replies

Win without a dominant big men. Have a KILLER attitude night in, and night out. Keep his nose out of trouble. Not polarizing half the fan base of the NBA. The list goes on, and on. Plain and simply, MJ was a better WINNER, and could WILL victories, almost with ease. Kobe doesn't have the drive or desire to be the best.

Now that really is comical. MJ did his fair share of bad things.

I dont know if you could that anymore dead on. :thumb:

I dont remember MJ getting upset and asking for a trade at any time.

I also dont think there is any doubt that MJ's fadeaway is better than Kobe. Where is Kobe's shoe line? His dunk titles? Oh, thats right, he's too good to be in the dunk contest.

Dunk contest and shoe line? How weak is that. And no way is his fadeaway better than kobe's.

He gambled. So what? You are going to crucify MJ for gambling? More comical comments.

I did get a little carried away with those two. The fadeaway? There is no doubt. Did you ever really watch MJ or do you just want the greatest to be when you were watching?

I think that it was better.

MJ is the greatest of all time, Kobe is not in that debate.

Never watched him once.

MJ is the greatest of all time, Kobe is not in that debate.

Other than MJ who is better in your mind?

I rest my case.

Do you think I am being serious?

Do you think I am being serious?

Based on your opinions of MJ vs. Kobe, it would seem that you never really watched MJ, especially not before he left the game the first time.

MJ is the best but Kobe is in the debate. So are...

Kareem

Wilt

Magic

The "Big O"

Other than MJ who is better in your mind?

Magic, the Big O...Bill Russell, and obviously King James.

Not that I do not think Lebron is great (top 5 in the league easily), but his game severly lacks any kind of perimiter consistency and dominating defense. He may be the greatest finisher in NBA history, though. The guy is a physcial specimen and gets to the basket better than anyone ever. Just the lack of perimiter play that knocks him down a little in my book.
