January 21, 200818 yr 1. Kidd 2. Paul 3. NAsh I'd agree. Paul is slowing becoming # 1 and Deron Williams is around 4 or 5.
January 22, 200818 yr Do you watch the NBA? Yes I do, and I watch Steve Nash, a lot, and I know how good the three are. Here are the three's stats. Steve Nash - 16.9 points - 12.1 assists - 3.5 rebounds - 3.6 TO's Nash shoots around 11 shots a game. He gets his team into games more than any other PG in the NBA. Jason Kidd - 11.4 points - 10.7 assists - 8.4 rebounds - 3.9 TO's Kidd doesn't average more points, or assists over Nash, but he does average more boards. He also averages more turnover's. Chris Paul - 21.1 points - 10.5 assists - 3.8 rebounds - 2.8 TO's Paul may get more points and less turnover's than Nash, but Nash gets more assists, and that's what a true point guard does. Paul has some nice stats and he is a very good player, just IMO not better than Nash..
January 22, 200818 yr Paul is averaging more points, but Nash is the better true PG. I would much rather have Nash than Paul... I would take Paul long term...Nash for this year.
January 22, 200818 yr And I was an idiot for suggesting Chris Paul. I still think anyone who doesn't see Kobe as the best player in the NBA is wrong. He does too much for his team to be ignored and has more skill than any player on the planet!
January 22, 200818 yr I would take Paul long term...Nash for this year. Paul is younger so of course you would take him long term. Paul is an amazing player and I like watching him play, but Nash is just so good with the ball and he gets every player on that Sun's team in the game..

January 22, 200818 yr Sheesh. I said Kobe was probably the better player this year. Give me a break. I only give you a hard time because I have never coached at a high school that can beat Highlands in football...this is my revenge... :thumb:

You can say the same things about Paul, and he plays better defense. I think Nash is better (proven winner, Paul hasn't seen the playoffs yet). I think that the top few point guards are interchangable (throw in Kidd, Parker, Billups and Deron Williams). I think Kobe rises above all of them (the best wing player EVER!).
