December 25, 200718 yr Mel Kiper Jr. stated in his player rankings that after watching film on the quarterbacks, Andre' Woodson's draft stock has fallen. He has Woodson listed as the #5 Quarterback of the senior class. He also dropped Woodson off his "Big Board" list of the top 25 players. Kiper listed Joe Flacco of Delaware ahead of Andre'. I know Kiper is not the "say all" of all NFL teams, but this cannot be a good sign for Woodson. Top 5 1. Matt Ryan, Boston College 2. Brian Brohm, Louisville 3. Joe Flacco, Delaware 4. Colt Brennan, Hawaii 5. Andre' Woodson, Kentucky
December 25, 200718 yr Woodson has looked very average as of late... To stiff and mechanical. Ryan and Brennan are the best of this group.
December 25, 200718 yr I think his delivery style is something that will turn some teams off as well. It is no surprise given how UK finished that his stock dropped.
December 25, 200718 yr To stiff and mechanical. Ryan and Brennan are the best of this group. There's this kid named Brohm that I still think is the best QB in the land.
December 25, 200718 yr I've said for awhile Flacco might be the star out of this crue. He has the god given ability to be the steal.
December 25, 200718 yr I have never heard of Joe Flacco. Flaco transferred to Delaware from Pitt once Wannstedt got there. He is a descent player, mobile, good arm. I don't think he is better than Woodson, but I'm not an NFL GM.

I think he is the guy in college that hasn't gotten the pub of say Brohm, Woodson, Brennan and Ryan. He has GREAT size and a BIG TIME arm. I don't know who will be the best (nobody knows ala Brady, Anderson etc) but I think he's the best that hasn't gotten the pub the others have gotten. He has all the tools to be successful.

I've seen Flaco and I would say he has talent, but I don't know that his arm or size is better than Woodson's. The level of talent he played against with success is not the same as the SEC. Also, Flaco didn't beat out Tyler Plako when he was at Pitt, which is why he ended up at Delaware. I think that may say something as well. Again, I'm no NFL GM, I just think Woodson is a better prospect.
