Bench and Squat are important lifts, but the most important lift for a football player is cleans. It's a full body lift that determines a players' exploviseness.

Rico Brown from Madison Southern will certainly be one to watch. He has played the last two years under Doug Carter and Jim Tanara. This kid is a Junior and and will be a third year starter and is talented...He runs well and has very good hands. He is an intelligent football player and a good kid, and certainly consideration should begin to go his way for one the players to watch!!!

Go Eagles!

BEAT THE ROCK.

The HC Bears have 5 or 6 kids who can bench 300 plus.

Campbell and Watkins will be a load for Corbin this season both are country strong.

Corbin has country people:lol::thumb:

All I am hearing is how much they can lift, have any of these kids taken it to the field? I cant tell you how many times I have seen a smaller kid with balance and training make fools of the big lifters!

True, but what do you get when you have a strong kid with good balance and training?

You are exactly correct. Couldn't of said it better myself.

A "Maneater" !!! :thumb:

Cole Abney 6'2", 210 lbs., Rockcastle 11th grader to be age 16, did 225 lbs. thirty (30) times today and racked it. I'm not sure but I think that is crazy strong.

May have to see that to believe it. There are many NFL and College who can not do that and they weigh over 210.
