There was a sighting today at 11:20 am. The hat lady you all talk about. I thought someone was just making a joke. I actually saw her. It was one of the most disturbing things I have ever personally witnessed.

Saw her yesterday, next to an open car door, with what appeared to be the powder from several donuts around her mouth from chin to nose. She seemed quite happy and smiled at me as I drove past.
