That is probably the most logical conclusion. One season does not make a coach.

If this is the case then something should be done. Wether it's getting rid of him or getting rid of whoever IS in control, I'm not sure, but I definitely can't see divided powers getting anything done... especially since there's obvious proof little has been getting done (for example: the entire season).

We have some UofL peeps in the office at this moment...want me to ask them?

I am also hearing that this is a serious situation to follow...

From what I have researched he has fought a variance in how discipline was handed out before him. He is a black and white coach, and is not willing to sacrifice team character for the better of the team as a whole. I support that, IFF that is the case. We'll see soon enough.

I am not scared to say....a whole lot of gray if you would. Different coaches discipline in different ways..

The current coaching staff is extremely strict on the players and they aren't taking a liking to it whatsoever. From everything I have seen and heard the general consensus is that they all dislike him and he has lost all control of this team. Personally I think the team will look much better next year but some drastic changes need to be implemented here.

 

On a side note, don't be surprised if Allen is a Hurricane next year.
