Patriots 24 Colts 20

Nice try by the Colts. Missing two offensive starters, one being a huge piece to their puzzle and they almost got the win.

Thought the Colts would win but still a good game. Only team left with a chance to beat the Pats is Pitt. Since they have a chance to go undefeated it looks like Brady will play significant time in all 16 games rather than sitting out half of the last 2-3. His numbers will be unbelievable.

Surely it wasn't you talking all week about how sure you were Peyton and Co. would win, right? :p

C'mon Jim-YOU said they would win by 21-28 or MORE.

I really can't see how the Colts can beat New England in New England at that time of year (come on Global Warning) . . . .

BTW, I do think it sounds crazy...but I think that Baltimore and Pitt can beat this New England team.

I dont think baltimore can because they dont have the offense. However I do agree with you that I think Pittsburgh can beat NE...

Colts

Yeah and Manning has played so great in New England throughout his career, especially in freezing weather...

Manning plays half his games in a Dome, will play in the Dome in the playoffs before going to NE for AFC Championship game. So Manning who couldn't hold on to the ball today, will have a really hard time in the cold holding on to it. Also the Colts strength which is their speed, wont be as great outside of that dome in the cold...Right now there really is not much reason at all for you to be so confident that the Colts definitely will win..Can then win no doubt, but they will have a very tough time doing it now...

Colts with Harrison win this game. As far as the next game, not sure.

So Dungy stops to talk to Belichick after the game and he just shakes his hand and keeps walking. Classy!!! He's a horse's behind... And don't give me that crap about Super Bowl rings and winning games. There are a lot of people that have done it with class...

:dancingpa

By the way.....you guys fight like a bunch of girls. :D

The "so and so was hurt" and "wait until the next game" comments are lame. JMO

^ They may be lame....but just as the Pats could not have won without Randy Moss, the Colts couldn't without Harrison...then compound that with no Ugoh, or Gonzalez, and then take out Sanders, and these become compounding problems....no worries, the Pats won a good game, and I believe that the Colts came out of it with some added confidence, IMO.

Manning's last 3 games in Boston, and when they were:

1 - 20/36 - 326 yards - 2 td - 1 int. (11/05/06) - average temp - 48 degrees

2 - 28/37 - 321 yards - 3 td - 1 int (11/07/05) - average temp - 48 degrees

3 - 27/48 - 238 yards - o td - 1 int (1/16/05) - average temp - 29 degrees

Big difference, that's why this game was so important for Peyton and Co...though IFF the Colts are 100% going into that game, they certainly can win it

Pretty weak getting on the people who picked the Colts when all you said that it wouldn't be close, and would be a two score game atleast... You guys are priceless...

The Colts lost, but you guys were wrong too, so let's not get too full of ourselves...

Harrison, Ugoh, and Gonzalez didn't play... Lame or not it affected the game. Let's see if the Pats can beat the Colts with no Moss, Stallworth, and Leicht...

If Moss alone was out yesterday, Colts win.
If Moss alone was out yesterday, Colts win.

Absolutely, the way he takes over games is unbelievable...
