No, I don't think there is other intelligent life in the universe. Even if there was, it would be highly doubtful that we would find each other, let alone be able to communicate.

From what I've read on genetic probability, intelligent life on this planet is highly improbable. If there is other intelligent life in the universe, its there by design.

I would define intelligent life as life capable of communicating abstract ideas.

I always thought it was pretty arrogant of us to think we were alone in this giant vast universe. I don't think we will ever know in our lifetime, but when we pass away I wouldn't be shocked if the Big Guy had created many planets and different forms of life. As far as the Bible goes it is silent on alien life, but we know we were made God's own image. Of course, that doesn't mean God isn't capable of pulling off the same feat some trillion light years away on some other planet.

 

When you think about the vastness of the Universe and how everything is so detailed and intricate I don't see how anyone can deny God had anything to with it. It's pretty unreal when you sit down and think about everything.

And yet, there are people that see the stars and scoff at there being a star-maker.

 

The home didn't get there by itself. The painting didn't get their by itself. Why would we think the painting and life got here by itself?

While I'm not one of those nut jobs you see on TV claiming to see martians with antennas, I do think we are not alone in the Universe. The Universe is infinite and I think that it's kind of conceited to think we are the only ones. However, I don't think other beings are 3 feet tall green men with antennas. I think they'd look just as we do.

I believe in unidentified flying objects (UFO'S), since any object seen in the sky that is not identified fits that category, but I also believe that all those objects have an explanation.

I don't believe in Flying Saucers, little green men from outer space, and the nonsense associated with the Roswell incident.
