Louisville 28 Cincinnati 24

I was so happy for UC to lose this game. I have talked about them being untested and a poorly U of L team beating them just shows that they are just a average team that played a weak schedule thus far this season.

Congrats to U of L on a win.....

Just remember that UK beat UL by the same margin that they beat LSU. U of L's defense is not very good at all, but any given Saturday (or Thursday or Friday) they certainly can play with anyone, and beat ANYONE in the country. Especially this season.,

Good win for the Cards. Hope they get it rolling in the Big East.

Thank God it is about time. I pull for UofL every time they are not playing Big Blue, but I was really starting to wonder about the coaching staff.

Huge road win for the Cards. I thought Cincy would give the Cards trouble but I was wrong. I'll have my crow with a Diet Dr. Pepper.

Brohm is an exceptional QB and a coach on the field. His knowledge of the defense and what he wants to do with the ball reminds me very much of a young Peyton manning.

Such as the weak Oregon State.

You've been picking against UC for what, 5 weeks now? I guess you had to be right eventually. :walk:

And San Diego State. Do you really need to see how off you were in those predictions? I'm sure you would have picked Rutgers too.

You're right....

I thought that Rutgers was better...

So 1-4 in predicting UC games? Please keep picking the opponent. I like the percentages... :jump:

Not a big surprise. I think UL is simply the better team in this close matchup.

I hope it doesn't dampen the enthusiasm at Nippert.

Soldout the rest of the season. To become recognized as a threat in your conference, you must win the home games. UC is not quite there, but will be soon.

UConn isn't a sellout yet, but there are less than 2,000 tickets left...

I just counted that as a sellout as it will be close. Bearcat fans have to be thrilled about the program under Coach Kelley.

The future does look very bright. Still upset they played the way they did last night, but they were destined for a bad game at some point. Take care of Pitt next week and see what shakes out in Tampa on November 3rd...

That USF game, IMO will be low scoring....UC's quick fire defense, and arguably the Big East's best defense head to head.
