October 15, 200718 yr Where will they set up the stage at? I am going to be at commonwealth stadium at 8:00 am. That's an interesting thought. Maybe somewhere around Nutter at gate 1?
October 15, 200718 yr I think they should set up in the green lot where the CSTV crew set up yesterday. It is a big grass field right in the green lot with a great view of the stadium in the background. But on UK's website it said that the CSTV crew would again be occupying that spot. Maybe I'm just partial to this spot because it is about 100 feet from my family's tailgate.
October 15, 200718 yr Back in the game thread I posted that they announced this on post-game show. Gabriel said ESPN called UK's Sports Info Director within minutes of the end of the game and asked for permission to come. On the call-in show Gabriel spoke to Mitch Barnhardt during a break and was given permission to announce College Gameday was coming on the air. I never thought I would see the day College Gameday came to Lexington for football or the day Kentucky was ranked in the Top 10 of the BCS. Should be a great time. Definitely going get there early and hold a "LOU HOLTZ FOR PRETHIDENT" sign! LOL!
