I doubt it's the flu, more likely a virus or sinus infection or something like that.
What ever it is, it is beating my butt. I did work today and I am going to workout. I know I am either cold or really hot and sweating with both.

When I get like that I sit in a Sauna for about a half hour, sweat it out man!

I will be in the Sauna if I get off work in time tomorrow.I set in it three days a week after I work out. The other two days I lift at my bros and he does not have one.

My allergies have gotten me down.
I know how you feel they have been bothering me.

My precious little boy gave me a virus. Which was worse than what he had. He only had diarrhea. I got vomitting.

Got a shot from the doctor today and out of work until Monday, which means nothing since it is fall break.

I started out Sunday with a cold. I started taking over the counter medicine. As the week progressed my cough got worse and my body became sore. I went to the doctor yesterday and found out I have strep throat. It sucks...

Colds and the flu been going around, I have been fighting a cold myself this week.Everyone be careful and get that flu shot.

I've been fighting getting sick for about a week now. Been waking up with a sore throat for about a week now but keep fighting it off. Luckily this weekend I have too much hw to really do much drinking(which lowers your immune system), however I will have plenty of time to be completely stressed.

BLAAA!!!

I started last Wednesday and I am almost over it. I have several other people here at work has had the same thing allergies/sinus infection and into a virus. It has kick my butt and I feel like I have been beaten like a drum. Finally got out of my chest and quit coughing. I did get a flu shot on Wednesday of this week and I really do think it has helped. Nyquil in the evening and dayquil duing the day along with ibprofin (sp) sorry. Wish everyone the best and get better. JD

Just now getting over a bout of something that has lasted over 2 weeks. Started as a head cold but moved down; bronchitis set up camp for about 10 days. The first three days, I would get "the shivering fits" at about 6:00PM.

Finally there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Come middle of November when the temps really drop off everyone's gonna be sick like it's the plague all over again or something.

Better see your doctor, not only is flu season about to erupt, mono seems to be running rampid in our area...symptoms are alot like the flu, starts with sore throat, fever and all over feeling yuck...

Sinus infection hit me like a hammer a couple of days ago. Called a friend to phone me in an antibiotic prescription. Hopefully it will be gone soon.
