I think Lloyd tried to go with the legend and not the health of the man. I am sure that with the proper rest and treatment Yeagle will be good as new. But, I don't think he needs to come back as a coach again.

I agree. Nothing but best wishes to Coach. I've nothing but amazing respect for this man since day one of high school. Unfortunately, I don't think we will ever see him coach in NKY again. Best of luck to the Lloyd players and staff as well.

If you go back and read the Lloyd coaching threads from March many on here thought this would either turn out really well or really not-so-well in the end. There wasn't much in-between.

 

However, no one saw it coming to a close this quickly or that in essence the only game he would actually coach was the game against Beechwood.

 

I wonder if that will be the final game or if another opportunity comes along at a better time for Coach Yeagle.

 

I always thought he would make a very good assistant on a college staff.

Coach Yeagle....everyone is pulling for you. Get healthy, well, prepare for the Football Head Coaching Job again. You are in our thoughts and prayers, know that this is something that you have many supporters, teams from years gone by, many in Northern Kentucky, many Coaches, Staff etc.

 

If you need something or help, call on some of your friends, there is not a person that is not willing to help.

I was wondering the same and agree if it is a private matter that he and/or his family doesn't want out at this time then I understand, just concerned.

Please put your #2 in plain English: "I don't think Mike was long for the Lloyd job anyway w/a clarification of "his own call." What does this mean??

 

You at least hope he gets better, but give the "whatever better is" comment.

I thought that was plain English, my man.

 

Better is a relative term and I have no clue as to what ails the main, thus, the "whatever better is" comment that upset you.

 

I'm not "judging a person." I've never spoken directly to Mike. Don't know him personally. However, I'll stand by my statement.

This is what I don't understand. I fully agree, you should always stand by what you say if that is what you believe.
