Woodson FINALLY won a big game.

Brian has won many big games.

Woodson loses tonight if not for abhorrent defense from Louisville on that last TD. Brian overcame a terrible start and still had his team in a position where they probably should have won. IMVHO Woodson would not have recovered from a start like that.

Totally disagree with your post! Woodson has been off to a bad start his first 2 years at Kentucky, but continued to recover and keep working hard and has worked himself into a heck of a football player!

Still take Brohm... though you wouldn't be disappointed with either one...

Didn't say he wasn't, just not as good as Brian.

I need clarification.....

Are we saying best in college? That edge goes to Brohm.

Or are we saying, best pro prospect? That title goes to Woodson IMO.

The reason I take Woodson is simple. IMO Brohm isn't any better now than he was last year (not much room for improvement)...

Woodson seems to get better every game... I think I'll take the QB who keeps getting better...

I never looked at it like that. Woodson was so lucky tonight to have won. He really did nothing to put his own team in position to win. The stars must have aligned tonight in effort to make Woodson look good because he surely couldn't have done it on his own.

Heres my outlook - Both will be drafted next year in the 1st Round in the NFL... when has two OB's from the same state ever achieved that?? - if it happens, that will be unique.

Can you say sour grapes.

UK is the better football team and tonight Woodson was the better QB.

Who's fault was that terrible start? I believe it was Brian's for throwing the ball to the team in the other colored jersey.

You can try to make all the excuses you'd like, bottom line is come BCS title game, you'll still be watching a team not named UofL playing and you'll have the UK Wildcats to thank for that.

Even with everything good that Woodson did it still took an awful defensive play from Louisville to get him the win.

Woodson played well and took advantage of the opportunity.

I don't know that I would say Woodson is the better QB after tonight. Brohm had a pretty impressive stat line himself. It really could have gone either way. You can't go wrong with either guy, but Brohm is probably a bit better overall.

IMO, Brohm did absolutely nothing tonight to hurt his stock in the draft...Woodson played with alot of poise and stepped up in key spots of the game, so, he didnt hurt himself eiother, but I still stick by what the experts have been saying and thats that BB is the #1 QB prospect, and Woodsson still a nod behind, but, I also saw several other QBs play today that may be as good or better than both...

I have to give you credit All Tell. You are the one UofL fan that has come on here, and taken it. :thumb:

Both are very good in certain areas. Brohm, pure drop back QB, great arm, reads and check off, plus throws the ball to the open slot.

Woodson, strong arm, making much better decisions and poise, with a much quicker release than previous. Avoids the rush.

I like both and they equally impressed tonight.

I agree. I don't think either one hurt their draft status tonight. Their numbers were solid! 6 TD's and 1 INT, a bunch of yards and big play after big play. I don't think you lose with either one. Great to see 2 solid home grown products performing so well on a big stage!
