You guys can't freaking sell out your own building but maybe once a year and you want to big-time your neighbor rival? Sorry that this seems so logical to you, but without polling the rest of the human race, I'd say most would think this move is weak.

Don't you think that is sort of looking at this issue in a vaccuum? I mean UK didn't tell UL to play in Lexington every game when they were in Conference USA, did they?

 

This isn't just UC v. MAC school, this is UC v. MAC school they've been playing for 100 years and has been their biggest rival for the last century. Now all of a sudden they are "too cool" to drive 30 miles to Oxford?

 

The more I think about it the "weaker" it gets.

UK has nothing to do with it.UC has had its problems lately winning in Oxford and Kelly wants that to stop.They should go in there and whip up on Miami and they probably will,but he doesn't like taking the chance.

If I am UC I am trying to be bowl eligible every year, end of story...Simply put, losing to Miami on the road might cost them a bowl bid some years...I can understand some people giving them heat about it, but they are doing what's best for their program, and I don't blame them a bit...

Is BK willing to give little ole Miami the pay day that other smaller schools get when they go to a BCS team? If so, he may be in trouble and his administration may just tell him to keep his mouth shut...

He surely does care or he wouldn't be wanting to change the games to a neutral site.I agree he should go in there and whip up on Miami every year because they are not a BCS team.UC's recent history is what he is paying attention to IMO.

Colorado and Colorado St. play a home and home. Have for years...still do. This is a rivlary game, pure and simple, and until UC starts dominating the series I'd say shut up and play them.
