August 17, 200719 yr Basing on tonights pre season scrimage so far Brown is making the Chiefs look plum stupid. I would take him as my back.
August 17, 200719 yr Now thats tough....... McGahee better team, but never has really shinned in the NFL. Brown has a lot of talent, not a great supporting cast.... would hate to choose here. I would say 55/45 McGahee.
August 17, 200719 yr Miami will probably be playing from behind most of the year where Baltimore will be looking to eat up clock with a lead. Really is a toss-up since it's a keeper league. What else do you have? I don't think I can make an informed decision without knowing some additional details. If that's all I get, then I go with McGahee.

What else do you have? I don't think I can make an informed decision without knowing some additional details. If that's all I get, then I go with McGahee. I don't like my team at all. Either McGahee or Brown would be my #1 back. Others on my team include, Jones-Drew, Vince Young, Jerious Norwood, Roy Williams, Coles, Furrey, Heap, Ahman Green, Kevin Curtis, Chris Brown, Arnaz Battle, Matt Stover and Dallas. If I crack the top 8 in my league this year I will be happy.
August 17, 200719 yr McGahee would be my choice, hands down. The only reason I'd have to think twice is the long-term viability of Ronnie Brown in a Keeper League. I'd rather have a feature back on a team that is going to be leading in second halves versus one that will be trailing every second half. I doubt the Fish win 6 games. RP, you're on with the Ronnie Brown picking up 1,400 prediction. I'll be way beyond shocked if he gets to 1,281.
August 17, 200719 yr McGahee...good back in an offense that is run first. Miami will be playing from behind more often than not and that takes the running game out of the equation. Plus the new system there I believe is more pass oriented. NEVER base a selection on preseason performance because there are WAY too many variables with teams playing guys that won't be around come the first real game.
