Campbell County's New Coach--Part II ????

Featured Replies

If what you are saying buckman is true, then it seems like Coach Carr was offered the job but decided to stay.

Good for the Eagles....

Eagle Pride is County-wide.

I understand that the administrative thought process may have changed with the Super. I don't think anyone but Code was offered the position.

Any word on assistants?

At the open gym this week all of last years assistants were in attendance with Coach Code.

The job was offered but declined by Coach Carrr. He choose to stay loyal!

Thats great for Scott HS:ylsuper: ....maybe the cupboard isn't as bare as everyone thinks it is for the Eagles over the next couple of years.

Very good coach and hope the administration realizes that he is very important to their continued success.

Shouldn't this thread now be about congratulating Scott Code, who WAS chosen as the Camel's head man; rather than speculating on those RUMORED to have turned it down???? Whenever a job opens up there's always multiple applicants, and those not chosen always have turned it down for one reason or another??

By the way--How "loyal" is someone who's openly out exploring other opportunities?? I'd view "loyal" as someone who was approached about a job, but said "thanks, but no thanks"; not someone out applying for what they must view as a "better job"??

I agree that it should be about who received the CC job, not the person or persons who supposedly turned it down. People should offer their congratulations to Coach Code and wish him well in this new endeavor.

Good ending point.
