Anyone know what Region MVP O'Hara's stats were for the tourney? I'm sure he deserved it, but must admit it did catch me off guard initially when first announced, as he had a rather rough defensive 6th inning (passed ball and error) in tonight's game. I believe he hit well agaisnt Ludlow, but can't remember what he did in Beechwood game.

Don't have exact stats but I know he was 3 for 3 and 3 for 4 with a couple of hits tonight. Told my buddy not to be supprised if he gets the MVP if he gets a couple of hits tonight. He just kind of popped into mind when thinking of which kids were quietly contributing....no big HR's or nothing like that, just consistently getting it done.

Do we know who the Raiders will play next?

What an outstanding baseball game, CovCath dominated the whole game, but Ryle took advantage in the end. I was impressed with the starter for the Colonels, but extremely suprised when he didn't go back out to finish it off. Good win for the Raiders, who do they play in the sectionals?

O'Hara was 3/3, a walk, 2 runs scored w/2RBI's. I told his uncle after that game that he was the MVP of the game against BHS.

 

What region does the 9th play in the next rnd. I hope what I heard was wrong and it isn't the 11th.

So, who is right, Strike 3 or DD? For the Ryle Raiders they better hope DD is right and play Somerset. I can't see Ryle beating Dunbar but then I don't see anyone beating Dunbar.

DD is correct and I changed mine. I was looking at '07-'08....Somerset, is the team. My apologies, for listing the wrong name.
