Eleven points? You're contradicting yourself. Watts didn't score just "eleven points," so you've got me completely lost. You already said that the next highest scorer to Watts was #0 with 11 points.. So which is it, Watts or #0?

Both teams consists of mainly NKY kids. Jazz- simons, Stein and Eaton from Highlands, Sorrell from HC, Mace/Kendall from dixie I believe. Kid from Cincy Schroeder, Roberts-Moeller, Not sure of rest.

Baseball section?

Haven't seen them mentioned much here, but congratulations to Charlotte Court U-16. Second tournament (1st up in Cincy) I have seen them win. It is a team made up mostly of Reg. 11 players - Lex. schools, Mad. Central.

The Shining Star Sports 17u team is now done until July. They are going to be playing a pretty nice schedule during the month of July. They have a fantastic core group with Gifford, Simpson, Henderson, Sparks, Nelson, Ponzer, Hall, etc..

 

They are looking to find a couple of bigs to really help them in July because a couple of the guys will not be available in July.

 

Does anyone know of any impact bigs that would want to play with that group?

The Shining Star Sports program claimed a second championship this past weekend. One of our 17u Ohio teams won the 17u Ohio AAU State Championship. The club now holds the Kentucky and Ohio Championships!!

Old news, I know, but I got some stats about Watts during some AAU State Tournaments.

May 18th:

In a loss to Adidas OBC Patriots, Aaron Watts led all scorers with 36 points.

 

May 19th:

In wins against Higher Level Basketball and South Laurel, Watts had 22 and 21 points, respectively.

 

Tournament Round:

In a win over the Lexington Blaze, Watts had 42 of McCreary's 68 points. His 42 was just eleven points less than the Blaze's 53.

 

In a loss to "Kentucky Players," Watts again led all scorers with 26 points.
