This postseason has been the most intense since the Bad Boys were still running things. Almost every series has had at least two questionable fouls that bordered dirty/flagarant.

 

I enjoy it to an extent, but I would hate to see a player get hurt because of it.

My respect for Nash has gone down. All he has done all series is flop and lay on the ground. Did anyone else see Duncan tell him to quit flopping when they made a horrid call on Duncan when Nash leaned into him? Horry just did what about 3 or 4 other Spurs were on the verge of doing and sacrificed himself for a game. Now thats a veteran for you.

take a hit from someone that big and you're gonna feel something. I like the passion and intensity I am seeing in the NBA this playoff season. Seems like some of them are actually playing for the game and not the money. It's actually perked my interest.

Bowen's knee shot to Nash was worse than Horry's forearm last night, and yet Bowen gets off pretty easy. The commish needs to be more consistent or the play is going to go from physical to very dirty really quick. I am not a hardcore fan of either team, really pretty neutral, but some of the cheap shots that the Spurs have handed out has made me open my eyes a little to the way that some of them play and maybe has me respecting those players less than I did before.

This could be a huge momentum swing. IMO the Suns have been viewed as the run and gun team that isn't physcial and shys away from physical play. Diaw, Amare, and Raja were ready to do some damage out there...Glad to see they stepped up and showed some aggression. Maybe the Spurs will think twice before their next "thug-ball" attempt.

 

 

Yeah because I'm sure they're just scared to death of what Diaw, Amare and Raja Bell can do. They're big, but that doesn't mean they can fight. And even if they could, do you really think it would get that far? This will not affect the Spurs. "Thug Ball" is a bit too much isn't it? This was the first real bad thing I've seen done this entire series.

At home or not Phoenix doesn't win game 5 without Amare and Diaw. I like the Suns better than the Spurs but I don't agree with a flagrant 2 on Horry. Nash looked like Ginobli at the end of that hit, neither are good enough for an oscar though. But if you suspend Amare and Diaw for a game then Horry has to get 2 games, I believe that is fair by the league. Dirty or just hard defense, either way playing that physical is what has won the Spurs 3 titles in the past 7 years.

There are a lot of people who constantly flop and I don't think that Nash is one of them. Nash doesn't make the calls so you can't blame him for that. Duncan whines more then almost anyone else in the league, he could have a foul go his way and he'd still argue for a second out of habit...
