Just ridiculous, with all the boosters, assistants, friends of recruits able to reach people, there would be NO WAY to monitor this.

Somewhere I heard a number that a single coach texted 1,000 times in a SINGLE MONTH to ONE PLAYER. If that player has 12 coaches doing something similar, he is receiving 10 to 12 thousand texts a month, EASILY!!!!

Good idea in theory, however regulating it will be a difficult task.
