The schools website still has last years schedule posted & I can't seem to find a copy or link to the 2007 varsity schedule anywhere. If someone in the know could post it or a link to it I would greatly apprecate it.

What does Trinity need to do to improve in 2007? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.
Reload with another 40something-player senior class.

Reload with another 40something-player senior class.

Doing things the right way starting in elementary school has a lot of perks...

Westsider a point of clarification to your post "Reload with another 40something-player senior class."

In 2006 Trinity had a total of 27 Seniors.....12 of which were starters or saw significant playing time....2 additional players listed on roster participated in the role of manager or trainer.....making the number that participated as a player 25

Additionally in 2006 there were 35 Juniors on the roster ..of which 3 participated in the role of manager or trainer.....of the 32 that participated as players 9 were starters or saw significant playing time

My son's freshman class had a roster of I believe it was 102 +/- one or two players. Throughout the course of four years there is a lot of attrition and the average Senior class over the past 4 years has averaged right at 25% of what they started with.....and if I had to guess there will be something less then 35 Seniors (Juniors in '06) this year in 2007.

While your point infers that it's all about numbers (don't totally disagree as they obviously are an asset) just because they show up as Seniors does not guarantee a winning season, program, etc. There are a lot of other things that go into that besides what your Senior roster looks like.....but that's for another thread...just wanted to clarify the numbers you randomly threw out.

The ROCKS have had some very good quarterbacks lately. I think that Will Stein has to step up and prove that he can do the job. I think that he can. Everything else looks pretty solid at this point.

Thanks for the clarification ... nevertheless, 57 upperclassmen on a varsity roster is certainly an advantage.

Actually, I think the "40-something" comment is probably more suited to St. Xavier ... I still remember watching them play Bowling Green in the 2005 Heritage Bowl with a 98-player roster consisting solely of juniors and seniors.

Hey I got an idea, how about Trinity just keeps doing what they have been doing under Coach Bob Beatty and they will do just fine!

If it is not broken, do not fix it! Just a suggestion :thumb:

Trinity dosn't have much left to work on really. They are the peak of Kentucky High School Football at the moment. They have upstanding kids, classy indivuals running the program, a great deal of support from the school system, and even more support from the community. Trinity is the program every other program is striding to be. They have earned their time in the sun and now they get to enjoy it.

Doesn't seem to be helping Henderson Co too much.
Henderson doesn't have that many ...

Not that they would utilize them well if they did ... you know well the reason they don't.
