I'm on record as saying that Griffey has to go simply because of a)age and b)contract. Unless, of course, you think the Reds will contend this year. If you're like me and do not think they will, Griffey is the guy to go. Having a very strong season - someone will jump on him at the right time.

 

Free up his $$ and get something for him. Move on.
