Doesn't he have to stay down for 10 days before being recalled again?

Yes he does, unless there's an injury. You never know what pitcher may pull a hammy running in the outfield at Coors. :D :D

Isn't the bullpen what McBeth was brought up for? Keep Livingston up, drop Salmons or Burton — who have been pretty useless anyway — where they can get good work in and rebuild their confidence without fear of getting shelled every time they hit the mound.

Salmons and Burton haven't pitched that bad. Salmon's two walks certainly didn't endear himself last night, but they've both been fairly decent. I guess they figured you never know how much you may have to use your bullpen at Coors. I do look forward to Narron's reasoning behind the move.

Another ridiculous move by a team that doesn't seem to have ANY idea what they are doing. I don't care if he just collects dust on the bench til his next start, he EARNED that with his performance last night.

The bullpen hasn't had much of a chance to implode with the recent starting pitching, but there is no need to bring Mcbeth up right now.

Wayne Krivsky strides again:rolleyes:

Those geographically challenged are now scratching their collective heads.
More of a soccer joke. Rheal Madrid....

I know it's not a PRO game, but I'm sure we have some UL fans that read this thread.

The Cards are up 1-0 after 2 innings against Missouri. Miami eliminated Kent St and they will play the loser of this game.

Good to see Lohse returning to form.

First game I've got to sit down, put my feet up and watch in a while. I really like Thom and Chris in the TV booth as well.

You get a chance to see the Reds CONTINUE to make left handed pitchers look like Cy Young winners.

Reds get 1st and 2nd no one out and can't get a run. That takes talent.

They have mastered LOB. In a game last week they left bases loaded in 3 straight innings. They must have worked hard on this in spring training:creepy:

I'm busy listening to college baseball, BUT early in the game I heard Thom say that the Reds had a batting average of 208 in the month of May with runners in scoring position, only Toronto was worse. They are SPECIAL!

Lohse has been pitching well today. We've had plenty of opportunities to put runs on the board. No excuse to lose this one.

There has been an excuse after every loss so far:madman:
