May 13, 200719 yr ^^ If he was pitching in the bullpen then I would agree but until he gets a fair product to put on the field the jury is still out on how he can really manage in my eyes. You make a very good point here, I do believe thought that Narron has cost the Reds 3 to 4 games anyway with some of the decisions in games a couple of weeks ago.

May 13, 200719 yr Milwaukee might be the best team in the National League...They are SOLID! I believe that they are going through around a 19 game stretch now with some of the best teams in the league. Imo that will tell a lot about the Brewers. They are a very solid team, I picked them to win the central this season but that would make them the best of the worst. I was also enough of a homer to pick the Reds for the WC - LOL so there goes my credibility - LOL.

May 13, 200719 yr Yep, the kid pitches fairly well considering it was his first start. Battled, kept the Reds in the game. Bullpen comes in and do what they do best. Amazing how many games the pen has already blown this year and we are only in the middle of May.
May 13, 200719 yr Stanton just wanted to MAKE SURE the Reds had no shot to come back. :lol: Maybe he also felt like he wanted to fit in with the other 2 guys from the pen who gave up runs. The Reds WERE up 5-4 with 1 out in the sixth, my goodness.
