I dont think that baggage is an issue so much with this job, quality of character and quality of coaching to me is the important issues in question here. Leave the guys with baggage alone. Everyone has skeletons in the closet, sometimes a new begining can be the begining of something great for a person.

Yeah, there is someone mentioned earlier who has some baggage but I wont wont make reference to that any further because I feel like it isnt really relavent to what is being discussed. I think that resume credentials mean more then personal issues.

The position will be officially announced tomorrow if everything goes as planned. That's all I can give you right now. The prospective coach is meeting with the Superintendent tomorrow to make it "official."
