What about when he was fouled 80 feet from the basket when the Hounds had tied the game or when Hammonds pushed Wilson to the ground in the fourthtto set the big shot? or when Proffitt was underneath the backboard and got a two shot foul when he could do nothing with it, except leaning into a defender who had already established position?.....those are some questions I think are interesting Mr. Breeze.

Cumberland is nice...about 2500 seats only...Union about the same....LMU is about the same...maybe that is the answer...I would rather drive to Harrogate Tenn and see a game comfy as to fight the crowd and watch one like I did tonight.

It must have been not seen or something. How can 2500 people see something and then 3 not? Compare that with the Cashen charge at the end of the first half of the Pineville game and it proves the Hounds overcame a whole lot to just get to the finals. South is a good team and may win a couple of games up in Lexington, but if Fairdale can press and get after them I see the Cards being one and done.

IMO only the officals could answer that, I'm sure other teams have star players who the other teams fans etc. feel like are protected as well. Great two nights of basketball, this tournment was ran top notch as usual for a Corbin event.

I assume one of the three officals who called this game......it would not be the first thing they missed. I for one would rather see the 13th call the region tourney as opposed to the ones we had this year. Unless we can get the 12th, I say stay in house.

 

This may be a silly question, but what is the reasoning behind bringing in officials that have not called any of your games all year?

They are supposed to be impartial and not have any previous bias against or for any team......that is the theory. I tell you the 13th officals are better than most in the mountain regions.....only the 12th is better....even the 11th and 10th vote to keep their own most seasons.

To try and keep the home cooking out of the games.
