March 12, 200719 yr I'm down for the UK win. However, it would be naive to think that many folks who want OTS out are not hoping that UK loses their first game. Heck, I was in Dallas last week talking to a UK fan who lives in Atlanta and he told me he hoped UK lose the first round of the SEC tourney so that it would help the "fire Tubby" cause. Will those folks raise their hand?

March 12, 200719 yr Its really sad, but I think UK fans would be just as happy with a Duke loss. Wrong!!! Imo A real U.K. fan sure wouldn't. Maybe check with the the 18% or the Tb'rs. :sssh: You might find a few there.

March 12, 200719 yr Here's what would make me happy. OTS announces that he is leaving UK for the NBA the morning of UK's opening round game. UK does an exhausting nationwide search to find the best replacement and names Pat Riley head coach 10 minutes later. UK runs the table beating Duke along the way. "GO CATS" LOL
March 12, 200719 yr UK winning of course. Everybody knows this is not the same Duke team as in the past (1,2,3 years ago) so we are not expecting them to do anything nor do we care (this year) (of course we don't want them to play to good either . However, with UK, we all know this is not the same UK team as in the past (as in 10-13 years ago) but the same UK team as in the past several seasons (expectation wise), so we are hoping for a win or 2 in the tournament.
March 12, 200719 yr Lets hope UK gets the W against Nova. I personally do not have a vendeta against Duke. Sure it broke my heart to see that shot, however, its old news and Duke should be commended for their success and track record. So, to set the record straight, I will not loose any sleep it UK and Duke both loose. I just does not matter like it used too.....
