How is this good for smokers? I will smoke in the bathroom. I guarantee others will too. Or they'll stay in their seats instead of going somewhere out of the way.

I never understood the smoking sections by the rails on the concourse because the location was bad. However, the center field section should be reserved for smoking.

I haven't smoked a cig all day. I normally don't smoke until after dinner than smoke in the evenings. I doubt what I do is less healthy than the way most people lack exercise and glutton themselves. I've been doing it for 10+ years and I'm in better shape now than I've probably ever been in. I could run a 10K for sure and that's without training. Can you? Can most people?

BF apparently thinks the same of smokers. It's not kryptonite. I'm not saying I want to smoke at my seat (I have in empty upper levels) or anywhere where it would affect someone, but I will if I have to be forced to hide it. The section by the river is out of the way, ventilated, and basically perfect for a smoking section.
