February 28, 200719 yr It was great for both coaches to support each other's programs and if an Icon like Pat can give it up a little for fun more should jump in IMO. It's college athletic folks and it was at one time about having fun playing a kids game. Now with all the money, TV time, prestiege, and Sports Center it's not about being a kids game anymore. Well, we should all take a lesson and learn something again. It's kids and coaches playing and having fun doing it. I hope they do something every season..............LTW.

February 28, 200719 yr I very much like the sentiment of UT's programs working together...helps morale, helps recruiting, and even if Summit and Pearl earlier looked silly, it is just college basketball and not NATO...it's good fun.
March 1, 200719 yr As I was watching, I saw the same thing and I was saying aloud, quick, pull that skirt down and cover all that up........ We all had a good 3 minute laugh on that one. In all seriousness, Pat S. is the elite women's coach and she is to be commended for her efforts and enthusiasm. What she did takes a lot of courage (even at her age...) and my hats off to her and her program. If she (Summitt) could only sing, she would have it all.
March 1, 200719 yr I threw up in my mouth when I saw the title of this thread! She is an amazing coach though and you have to love the enthusiasm in Knoxville during basketball season these days!
