IMO we will see Al Gore run for President in 2008 and, to be honest, I'd say he's the Democract that can win. I don't think those folks that voted for him previously and any less enthralled with him. Add in those that are simply going to vote anit-Republican due to the war and you have yourself a serious contender. It sure would make for interesting theater in the primaries.

Does the size of the space you occupy, and the choices you make in energy equate? If you're not using renewable sources whenever possible, does it matter if you live in a Studio apartment or a 20 room house? To me it's no different than the preachers who want to tell other people how to lead their lives while they are doing drugs, sleeping around, gambling, etc. They lose credibility to me no matter how good their message is. I feel the same way about Gore.

February 28, 200719 yr Well, then as someone who apparantely does 90% more than the Gores, I'll look for you driving a Prius (or even a horse-drawn buggy), living without electricity, heating your water on the wood-burning stove, while you toast your feet next to the coal-burning stove that you've installed a filter on so the neighbors don't get sick from the toxins in the air. Curious...how do you power your computer so you can get on the internet? In short, who are you to judge what's enough for the Gore's to do to prove they're committed to their cause? They are doing what they can, like many of us do. It's just as hypocritical of you to decide for them what's enough.
