I thought we were talking about right now, not November.

Your right! For the moment they probably aren’t top 10.

Preseason polls are very tough but "KSR" should have had time to at least consider the Beechwood/Ryle scrimmage. Ryle doesn't belong in the top 25, not even close. This speaks loudly about the credi

I would be suprised to not see Scott Co. in the top 10 once we get some games under our belt. Ryle probably shouldn’t be on this list entirely but we’ll see.

South Warren scored 7 against O last year and went on to have a great season. They were rusty last night and vanilla plus O is in fine form defensively. I think SW is definitely top 10 but O has a year under their belts with Ganaway unlike last year. I also think Mayfield is top 25 material. I think Owensboro is top 5-6 right now but we will know more next Friday.

That's hard for me to believe. With all they have returning and the coaching staff. I still have SW coming out of the west in 6A in my early predictions.

Pretty sure the west in 6A this year is districts 1, 2, 3 & 5 meaning Trinity is in the west. If SW can avoid Trinity in the 3rd & 4th rounds, they have a shot to get back to Lexington.

CAL gets a #1 vote.

CAL is great, but no one in this state will or would touch Trinity, so that vote is just silly.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, top end talent for top end talent, CAL can play with anybody in this state and that includes Trinity. Where Trinity has the advantage is in numbers. CAL has 3 or 4 kids who play both sides of the ball and Trinity has nobody that plays both sides of the ball as far as I'm aware. That would catch up to CAL in the late stages of a game against a team as dynamic as Trinity.

This year, besides no one on Trinity playing two ways, Trinity has in my opinion a speed advantage as well. Look at the competition each team has played already. Significantly more talent on Anderson and CBC.

CAL got a 1st place vote. I'm curious if Baylor beats Trinity does CAL move into #1?

Hard to say but but based on the reactive nature of past KSR football polls it would not surprise me.

I assume Danville and Male are tied for 25th.

This is how it appears:

Danville (NR)/Male (-1)
