Jokes aside, Glasgow being an independent school you still have to play the teams around your area. Allen, FS, Barren are three I believe they should play yearly, maybe try to add WE/WC next cycle? Then possibly adding one decent travel game with a top 2A,3A or middle of the road 4A,5A school.

This is the most reasonable response I’ve seen. You have to play a few local teams. I think Arnett probably left because Dovies closed down haha.

Just want to add that the top 4 in RPI for 3A made the semi Finals. I believe giving your team the chance to be in the game is extremely important. OC has had a shot for 3 straight season while Glasgow hasn't even sniffed minus 2021 semi finals visit. But hey undefeated season is still pretty cool. 

Arnett knows what his team needs and will no doubt begin to schedule as he sees fit to benefit post season play. The argument that you have to play local or keep rivalries going will not benefit the program unless those teams can

Dovies is back open! I made the drive down to Tville a couple weeks ago to stock up.

Good measuring stick, I know 7 on 7 ain’t tackle football but you have an idea of what kind of passing team you’re going to be.

The Scotties will also be going to Bowling Green on Wednesday, Pulaski County on Thursday and then to EKU on Saturday. I am not sure what other schools are going to be there, but I imagine there will be some great competition at all. Very busy week for the Dawgs.

Anyone know how the new QB looked yesterday at Boyle? Was hoping someone would be there and could give an update.

I would kinda like to know as well I think they have participated in a couple now and maybe another one today.

QB looked like the D1 prospect he is projected to be. Plethora of weapons at his disposal as well. Glasgow looked like the best of the five teams yesterday morning at BG. Which it’s 7on7 in July so take that for what you will.
 

Depending on how well the trenches are for the Scotties they have as good of chance of anybody to hoist the trophy at the end of the year in their respective class, in my opinion.

I think they will have a lot better line they have 3 starters back on the line and two or 3 more that are going to be juniors this year.

Wow! That’s great to hear. I knew the Scotties were bringing back a ton of talent, but didn't expect to hear that they looked that good.
