The 10 essentials Joe Burrow can't live without

Hats: Burrow started his rundown with hats, saying he has about 40 at his house.

Sunglasses: He wouldn't be "Joe Brrr" without sunglasses. Burrow said not only do they look cool, but they help protect his sensitive eyes.

A football: This item has brought Burrow "many good fortunes in life." And like a true Ohioan, he said the weirdest place he's played football was in a cornfield in Logan, Ohio.

Chess: He began playing chess in elementary school during indoor recess and it has become a staple ever since.

BodyArmor Fit: It should come as no surprise Burrow would bring BodyArmor, which he's partnered with since 2023.

Alo recovery sneakers: When Burrow hurt his toe this past season, he had limited footwear options, so he resorted to a pair of Alo sneakers, which he called "pretty dang comfortable," "soft" and "sturdy." (He also has a partnership with Alo).

Lip balm: As a child, Burrow said he was always licking his lips, so much so his mom would make him put band-aids on his lips. "I've been putting ChapStick on since I was a little child," he said.

Duffel bag: Although he's a bit of a fashionista, Burrow said he hates packing, so a duffel bag is the perfect travel item. "I don't like carrying the suitcase to the car. I don't like carrying the suitcase to the plane. The roll-y suitcases are bulky and annoying to deal with."

Bracelets: If you've paid close attention to Burrow, you know he always wears elastic bracelets, adding that the accessories are "the only thing that's sentimental" to him. He has one from every stage of his life, saying he hasn't taken them off in over 10 years.

Water bottle: In true pro-athlete fashion, his last essential is a BodyArmor-branded water bottle. "Always gotta stay hydrated" he said.

Other than bracelets and I no longer play chess, on my own level I am a fan of everything else he mentioned.  A lot of it is pretty standard but a couple of them really resonated with me like lip balm (I have some bougie balm, lol) and a backpack vs. a duffel bag when traveling are both have to haves for me.

Bengals called off today and tomorrow mini camp practices. Maybe they already know they have no chance of winning a Superbowl. 

The Cincinnati Bengals canceled the final two days of their 2026 mandatory minicamp because head coach Zac Taylor felt the team had completed all the necessary work and was at a “point of diminishing returns” in the no‑pads, low‑impact drills. Also, two other teams with Super Bowl aspirations the 49ers and the Rams also cancelled minicamp practices this week.

I think it is they were looking so good and already clicking on all cylinders and now use to go since everything was so great!

I want to be optimistic here and Coach Taylor certainly has the talking part done.
