Final the Bengals improve to 4-8.

With the win the Bengals once again have the best record in the division at 3-1.

The postgame interview with all the players and the turkey was an all time great, loved it!!

2025 has been a great Thanksgiving.

It's a long shot and they will have to win out to make the playoffs, but it's doable.

They are at a struggling Bills team, then have Baltimore at home.  Those 2 will be tough.

After that they have a game at a bad Miami team then close out at home against Arizona and Cleveland, neither of whom should or will be favored in road games against a healthy Burrow.

Chances are slim, but they are there.

Bengals defense looks so different. Forget the turnovers. They were attacking at the line of scrimmage in a way that has not been there all year. The much maligned Miles Murphy and Joseph Ossai both made plays tonight. My favorite was Murphy chasing down Derrick Henry 40 yards downfield. Love the effort. 

The turnovers did not just happen. The Bengals defense forced them. Only the one that slipped out of Lamar's hand was not forced.

The Bengals kind of went through this during Zac Taylor and Lou A. first year here. The defense started off that year horrible, ranked as one of the worst in the NFL. Benching former starters like Dunlap, and not playing Geno Atkins much. Yet by the end of that year the defense started to look better. We have started to see that now this year too, as this is now 3 weeks in a row the defense has played better. 

I wish I could say I saw this coming. I use to always be a very optimistic person with the Bengal. However, I didn’t see this win happening at all. I am thrilled it did though, and now has gotten my hopes up. Odds are slim, but if they can win out. They have a very good shot at winning the division at 9 and 8, if they win out.

Most underrated part of Joe Burrow's game - his mobility. He has a great feel for the pocket, an uncanny way of escaping a collapsing pocket and has the wheels to extend and make plays out of the pocket.

Typical Bengals win the fool their fans and make them think they have a chance only to be heart broken at the end of the season. Should tank the season for a good pick to get Downs or a LB or DE.

I don’t completely disagree with you here. As the odds of them winning out are slim. With that said, if they win out they most likely win the division and make the playoffs. So then it would be worth it, plus the Bengals with Burrow have a history of going on nice winning streaks to end seasons. Now with that said, if they do miss the playoffs for a third year in a row. Then you are right these wins are only hurting. 
 

Luckily though the Bengals are not in the same position as the Steelers. In regards to Steelers having no franchise QB, no real threat to win a Super Bowl, but yet never bad enough to really get high picks either. So Steelers are continuing to be in a bad spot each year. At least the Bengals have their franchise QB, and could be a threat in years they make the playoffs.

Steelers where not picked to do anything this year. They could make a great run though. They will reload in the offseason.
