I think Lloyd does too? Lloyd's trying to get the message out there bout their boy.

Lloyd can try all they want but statistically Evans isn't in the top 15 QB's in the state. Too much competition at QB with better stats. Great year for Evans but not Mr. Football level.

  • I’m taking the Juggs. I know Murray has a Mr Football candidate at QB but Lloyd has athletes all over the field.    safe travels and good luck to both teams.

  • 70.7% completion 3130 passing 34 TD 4 INT 512 rushing 3 TD for Robbins

Well, if Lloyd should have beat Russell that bad then maybe Lloyd will handle Murray without much trouble...

They hadn't had a real game in 6/7 weeks, for real no TK. They had some rust to knock off. They missed a tackle on a punter that led to a score and Barger dropped 2 for sure pick sixes that he makes in his sleep. He also dropped another ball around the 20 on 3rd and long. That kid might not have dropped 3 balls in his whole life.

Your correct. That's the downside of him missing soo many 2nd half's

I think it will be a game. That's what I am expecting.

I am glad we are playing the game Friday night.  This is the make or break game for Lloyd no matter what happens in a potential state championship.  If Lloyd loses this week then the criticism will always be Lloyd didn't beat anyone and their 13-1 record is a product of a very weak schedule.  Harsh to some, but true.

Me too!!

I was impressed with Murray last week, just sayin'.

I thought about Aiken but with them being from Ohio it is a hard comparison for most of us.

After looking at Aiken's schedule / record on MaxPreps, I'm not sure the best win is Aiken.  Aiken shows being 4-4 with the combined opponent record of 10-30 for those 4 wins.  I'm thinking I agree with you that it might actually be Russell or Conner.

I really don't know, my brains fried at the moment lol. Of those 15 QB's how many of their seasons are still alive?

Murray's legit. Been doing my homework, sir. And Lex Cath was a top tier win.

I haven’t looked at it in a while I hate Max Preps. There was a point last weekend where it said CAL won 99-6. And like Guru said, Ohio is hard to compare.

Well not that's absolutely absurd.  CAL hasn't even played Lloyd yet ?

But athlete wise, no other school Lloyd played had athletes like Aiken. Chemistry and culture, that's a different story. Which I know can make up for a lot.

Lol what happened to 3rd round games were quality wins?

I am rooting for Lloyd for sure!!! I am happy for both of these programs they have been able to get out from rivalry schools shadows and both have had amazing seasons. I don’t like either schools chances next week so hopefully they pull out all the stops this weekend and just get the opportunity to shock the world. I think it will be a low scoring defensive game score like 21-14 Lloyd pulling it out.
